Description

The BikeHard Top Cap is completely constructed from hi modulus carbon fiber, and is matched up to a lightweight internally bracing compression mechanism. Designed to work with either alloy or carbon fiber steerer tubes, it creates a firm and continuous contact within the steerer tube once set in place, and allows the bolt and top cap to draw the stem and spacers to proper torque. At 40mm long, this mechanism extends into the fork enough to help prevent overtorquing of the stem bolts on a carbon steerer tube. Can replace a standard star nut in alloy steerer tubes and is the appropriate match for carbon steerer tubes. 850228007981 BikeHard
